ListPartner™ is the CRM contact data quality service of Contaxt AI LLC, a unique AI tech consulting firm located in the Washington, DC suburb of North Bethesda, MD. We serve two client categories: direct marketers (CRM users) and mail/email list publishers.

Our firm has a singular mission: to boost the deliverability and effectiveness of direct marketing campaigns by verifying, updating, correcting, enriching, and culling defective CRM contact records. It’s what we do. It’s all we do. You might say that we’re the only fish in a big pond.

 

Our team includes a mix of wise tech industry pioneers and youthful AI wunderkinds who share a passion for enhancing data quality using our own proprietary technology suite, ContaxtAI™, which comprises various AI models, search automation processes, and algorithms.

Our obsession with improving marketing lists began decades ago. Long before the terms “CRM” and “email campaign” were coined, a freshman at the University of Maryland named Matthew Siegal began offering a service called DataKleen which cleaned and formatted marketing lists. Clients would send Matt their lists on floppy disks and he would send them back a few days later, much improved.
 

This was at the dawn of the PC age, when 10MB hard drives were just starting to appear and monochrome monitors, dot matrix printers, and 2400 baud modems were modern marvels. Email and cell phones hadn’t been invented, and direct marketing was limited to phone calls and snail mail. Most of DataKleen’s clients, even large companies, managed their customer lists in prehistoric software like SuperCalc, Lotus 1-2-3, and WordPerfect.

Today’s tech hardware and software would have been unimaginable to that college kid and his clients. Yet, forty years on, the issues that exist in most marketing lists are the same. Outdated or incomplete information, garbled data, fake contacts—they’re ageless problems. Of course, some of today’s concerns are relatively new, like email deliverability, sender reputation, and domain blacklisting.
 

Marketing list quality issues haven’t changed much since the 1980’s but the tools available to deal with them sure have. Back then, we wrote algorithms using arcane programming languages and software like Basic, Fortran, Pascal, and dBase, and ran them on painfully slow IBM XT desktop computers. Now we use automated web research and artificial intelligence models running at blinding speed on cloud GPUs.

Our tools and capabilities have evolved greatly over the years yet our process is essentially the same. You give us messy CRM records that are reducing the effectiveness of your directing marketing campaigns; we turn them into marketable leads.
