CRM Triage™

All potential projects start with a free CRM Triage™ analysis to determine if your CRM requires professional help (not all do). To see if you can benefit from our services, we analyze a random sample of your marketing list to identify and quantify any deficiencies. We generate a report that clearly indicates whether or not your CRM requires rehabilitation. 
 

If the CRM Triage™ analysis indicates that your CRM is in good shape and doesn’t need our services, we congratulate you and we mutually part ways. If we identify significant problems in the sample data, we fix them at no charge to give you actual examples of our work using your own contacts. Then we submit a proposal to process the remaining contacts.


The CRM Triage™ assessment is free and does not obligate either party. Its function is to identify the scope of the services you require, if any, so that we can prepare a proposal. Even if we determine that your CRM is in good health and doesn’t need our services, the CRM Triage™ report will give you valuable analytics on the composition of your marketing database.

ListPartner™

ListPartner™ is our CRM rehabilitation service which turns your useless contact records into reachable leads. To deliver it, we use ContaxtAI™, a proprietary CRM contact data quality suite of algorithms, artificial intelligence models, automated web research, reference data, and other resources. 

 

The amazing thing about ListPartner™ is that results are immediate and measurable. When we complete your project, you can test this claim by resending the content from your last campaign. Within minutes of sending the campaign, you’ll notice fewer bounces because our email address functions will have corrected or purged bad addresses and flagged undeliverable ones. 

 

After a few days, you’ll see better clickthrough, unsubscribe, and abuse report rates as a result of having correct, properly formatted names, personalized salutations, and fewer role-based and “non-human” recipients.
